Got in a BIF from KMitch. 12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/9/2018. Pours fairly hazy.cloudy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy cucumbers, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, melon, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, cucumbers, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy cucumbers, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, melon, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness, and herbal/floral/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy cucumbers, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, red apple, melon, white grape, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, cucumbers, and moderate bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and slightly tangy fruit balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is an excellent fruited saison! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, cucumbers, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great well rounded saison yeast complexity, and balanced authentic cucumber flavors; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone, and minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Poured from the tap at a local beer store into a pint glass. The beer is straw in color and has a small head that quickly dissipates. Smell is of pickles. Not too appetizing for a beer. Taste hits you immediately and tastes like a dill pickle. I am not sure if this was an old keg or what but I also got a strong cooked vegetable taste. Not pleasant at all. I was unable to finish this beer and that is rare.
