With a refreshing Segway into the warm weather, we bring to you Blood Orange Margarita Gose.
We took our Gose base and added Himalayan pink sea salt for the perfect amount of salinity, then overflowed the tank with citrusy tangerine, pungent blood orange puree, and bright lime peel. The finishing mark of this beer is a game changer for warmer weather. Notes of blood orange popsicles, fresh pressed OJ and happy hour margaritas, all accompany the just right amount of acidity and salinity to make this a truly thirst quenching summer staple.

Not sure the canned on date, but I know this batch was having over fermentation issues when not consistently refrigerated... more for me!
Pours a hazy brown-hued gold, with a small white head that quickly fizzles out.
Nice nose of tart lime zest and a sweet citrusy balance on the back end.
The flavors are more of the same, bright zesty citrus and a medium acidity that balanced a light salt level. Wheaty, almost chewy finish; I’d prefer that acidity to finish but it’s still solid.
Light bodied, crisp. Lightly salty, lightly acidic. Bright flavors.
