Notes:
LIGHT VISION COLLECTION: MOSAIC SINGULARITY HAZY IPA
We started this Hazy New England IPA off with a grain bill that is slammed full of oats, and then we added a reckless amount of super fresh 100% Mosaic Hops to every part of our hopping process.
Flavors of crushed blueberries, bright tropical pineapple, white grape juice, hibiscus, and a dash of sticky pine resin are abundant. The end result is delicately soft and pillowy, but packs a giant bouquet of fruitiness and floral notes with the smallest touch of non lingering bitterness.
This beer is crafted with balance and max drinkability in mind.

Pours a murky dull dirty orange color with a thumb sized white head.
Aroma tropical fruits pineapple, mango, light hibiscus luckily, some berry like notes wouldn't be able to say blueberry though. Mostly just fruit not much in the way of bitterness in the nose at all.
Taste is same as the nose tropical fruits, again light hibiscus which is good as have had too much in a IPA before. Some light lingering bitterness in the flavor to me more herbal then pine. Eh not sure but not enjoying this as much as some I guess, not sure if they don't get good NE style IPA's in Alabama or just me.
Mouthfeel is lighter medium with middle of the road carbonation.
Overall eh not great, not bad per say just not good enough to search out.

Incredibly fruity (in a good and hop-honest way), highlighting Mosaic wonderfully. Very tasty and big for the ABV. Citrusy, tropical, and grassy on the nose. Fruit salad and dank grass on the tongue. Pretty yellow-orange OJ haze, medium-light but silky body. Extremely solid easy drinker.

The above review was based on a draft pour. Just had an undated can and the experience was decidedly less positive. Quite possible the can was quite old, so I'll (for now) hang on to the draft experience as my official review. But I'll now look for an opportunity to sample this beer again to help break the tie.

L - 1.5 finger dense white head atop a super-murky opaque orange body.
S - cotton candy, orange, herb.
T - cotton candy, blueberries, crackery malt, oranges, honey. Soapy middle. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium, chalky body with average carb.
O - loving the blueberry Mosaic taste this thing has in spades.

Got in a BIF with KMitch. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/13/2018. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Great soft feel. Outstanding Mosaic showcase. Very juicy and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; great wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Mosaic Singularity is the newest release in Trim Tab's Light Visions Collection. This series began at the beginning of this year and showcases different takes on the New-England Style IPA. The beer is brewed with a generous amount of oats to beef up the grain bill, and every part of the hopping process included 100% Mosaic hops (hence the name).
The can I opened had been canned less than two weeks prior, so the experience was conducted at maximum freshness.
The beer pours a deep, hazy, golden yellow. A finger of frothy head sat on top, leaving a healthy amount of clinging, sticky lace around the glass.
The nose is full of tropical fruit, overripe pineapple and hints of mango. Citrus services the backbone, along with subtle hints of sweet malt. There's no lingering bitterness on the nose, and the slightest touch of floral hops cuts through the fruitiness nicely.
Smooth, citrusy, pineapple flavors burst out of the gate. Tangerine and pineapple work well together and on its tail is just the slightest hint of residual piney hops. The flavors work well together, albeit a tad mild. Tagging along with this familiar profile is a more unfamiliar melding of grape juice and floral hibiscus flowers, which again create a subtle but crucial balance to a flavor profile that is unexpectedly complex.
Creamy, smooth, juicy feel to this beer. A hint of residual stickiness, but a very soft, almost pillowy weight to the beer.
