On draft at Loosa Brews, Tuscaloosa, AL.
Pours a pink-hued crimson, opaque and very similar to the coloration of TrimTab’s Imperial Paradise now; a slightly darker raspberry pink.
Blackberry nose with those subtly tart, bright lemony undertones as well. Inviting, fairly straightforward.
Really nice balance of flavors here.. wild berries and lemon very present, tartness and acidity very low. I don’t see anywhere that vanilla was an adjunct in this but I swear I’m getting some vanilla that really helps to give that pie quality to it.
Smooth, medium-bodied. Carb is seltzery but soft. Some very mild tartness and residual stickiness on the tail.
