On tap at the brewery, into a pint glass.
Pours a clear gold with good foam and some lacing. Aroma is honey, apple, crisp hops and some good cracker malt. Flavor is similar, very crisp and surprisingly rich with a little bit of rice and a tasty sweetness. Finish is light and decently bitter as well as pretty long. There's a good complexity and it's got a good bit going on with the different malt ideas and the bitterness as well as tasty hops beyond just bite. Feel is good, very bright and low bodied but still enough to still be complex.
I really liked this one, their sours are very good but I don't love fruited sours. The ipas were tasty but not my thing, but this lager is excellent. Shockingly interesting for how crushable it was.
