Notes:
With a Blending of two of our favorite Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout offerings, we bring you a super limited and pastry forward small batch that will make you mistake walking past Cinnabon.
We took our barrel-aged blended imperial stout and conditioned it on Chinese Cassia Bark cinnamon, Indonesian Vanilla beans, Grade A Vermont Maple syrup, toasted coconut and Brazilian coffee beans.
We are extremely excited with the final product. This big pasty stout is cascading over with pronounced flavors and aromas of fresh baked cinnamon rolls, creamy mocha latte, syrup covered pancakes and coconut cream pie.
This beer also had a limited bottling run exclusively for 2019 Cellar Patron members.

Nailed the nose; vanilla & cinnamon compliment well. Palate more subdued, but definitely convincing. Heavy cinnamon, leaving a bit of lingering bitterness. Touch of barrel on the tail. Not much maple (more as it warms), and zero coconut. That said, this was very solid.
