Celebrating July 4th in Birmingham, AL, stopped at Trim Tab.
Still using plastic cups! Poured from tap at the brewery. Cloudy bright yellow color with good head and lacing. Citrus smelland taste. Strong grapefruit, some orange rind and lemon. Bit of hop burn. Nice dryness.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy pale gold color with a large soapy white head. Good retention. Leaves a ring of sticky lacing around the glass.
Strong aromas of lemon and lime zest, with some more subtle tropical notes underneath. Definitely herbal and dank.
Taste follows the nose with a blast of lemon-lime, as well as some grapefruit, melon, and pineapple. Extremely dank, earthy, and piney finish. Herbal and spicy.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. A little slick with some lingering bitterness.
Overall, I'd say this is a pretty good NEIPA. It's dank as hell, and possibly a bit herbaceous for the style, but is by no means offensive in any way. Very drinkable and definitely worth a try.

A: The beer is very hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of honeydew melon. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this New England IPA had an interesting and unique smell and taste. It was very easy to drink.

16oz can into a pint glass. NO freshness dating except 2021.
Looks very good in the glass. Standard dull orange juice body. Small white head shrinks to a ring and covering leaving excellent lacing.
Slightly musty fruit aroma with a hint of spice
On tasting, pretty unusual hop profile. Some dry hopping, which seems to add a spicy touch. Fruity and a little dank as well.
Mouth between medium and full. Finish a faintly bitter dry spiciness.
Overall, unusual tasting NE dipa. Interesting hop mix. I like it (I think)

No canning date on the bottom. Released 03/26/2021.
Deep golden coloration, with fluffy white head that rises to about a quarter inch above the body of the beer. No noticeable sediment.
A fairly unique nose, coming forward initially with a nice punch of lemon zest and a boldness from the underlying malt bill. After a moment, it is joined by aromas of a floral hops, bitter orange rind, honeydew melon, and subtle coconut. Fairly dank throughout.
The palate is more Amarillo-forward, with a robust and lightly bitter grapefruit flavor throughout. To compliment are notes of underripe peach, floral bitterness, and a dank, bitter tail. Some lingering esters trail slowly behind.
Good mouthfeel, with restrained carb and a smooth albeit bitter finish. A good showcase of both hops, but wasn't crazy about the combination.
