New Zealand Pilsner dry-hopped with NZ Moutere hops.
A big hop for big beers, Moutere is an intensely tropical and fruity hop with dominant notes of Grapefruit and Passionfruit and undertones of spry hay, earthy baking spice, and resinous pine.

Crystal clear yellow appearance with a white head, great lacing. Smells like a normal pils with some grapefruit added, malt and grains are light and pleasant. Taste is contrast is very fruity, especially lemon, grapefruit and general tropical notes and slight pine from hops on the finish. Very sharp feeling between the hops and high carbonation, dry and crisp. Good all around, no real weaknesses

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high fluffy white head that has excellent retention properties, consistently leaving a quarter finger high head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of passion fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of passion fruit with hints of grapefruit towards the finish. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner has a nice clean mouthfeel and has pleasant aromas and flavors of passion fruit.

My first Alabama brewed beer. 16oz can with no date. Clear straw color with a finger of dense head. Plentiful carbonation present. Aroma of tropical fruit and grapefruit. Just not picking up much of anything. The flavor of the hops is not that unfamiliar with more traditional hops as the aroma led me to believe. More grassy and hay in the flavor with subtle passionfruit notes. Dry malt that finishes crisp and clean. A well brewed pilsner that impressed this drinker. Body is bigger with more alcohol but is suitably carbonated.

Passionfruit, sourdough, and floral hops on the nose. Palate with loads of lightly bitter grapefruit, earthy baking spice, pine, and a touch of tart wheat on the base. Finishes mildly bitter and crisp. Super crushable, I really enjoyed this.
