I loved this. Great execution; reminded me of all the trips to fruit carts in LA, ordering bowls covered in Tajín and Chamoy. Tart, sweet, & salty, w/ great notes of ripe mango and pineapple. It finishes lightly acidic & salty, with just a pinch of heat. Definitely one of if not the best small batch fruited sour I’ve had from TrimTab. Call it nostalgia, but it just hit all the right notes for me.
