Oat of Sight Oat of Mind Scottish Ale

We got some oat malt and thought immediately of using it in a Scottish ale. The oat malt is large and is mostly husk, but it made a smooth medium brown brew. In keeping with tradition, this beer is light on hops and heavy on the maltiness. And yes, we've had great fun with saying the name of this beer.
