Another big winner from Petaluma Hills Brewing Company.
Refreshing malt flavors. Malts Malts Malts. Caramel-ey fruit flavors in the malts. Very complex.
Highly recommend.

Bottled 12/29/15.
Pours a hazy orange-red with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, roasted nut, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with toast, roasted nut, earth, and caramel covered fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid flavors, but the smell on this one is much better to me.
