A hoppy IPA, what were we thinking? This is a nice vacation from our normal juice bombs. Light citrus up front is quickly taken over by huge resiny pine tips. It just tastes sticky in a good way!

[IMG] Poured into a 13 oz long stem tulip glass canned on 6/10/2020. Pours a hazy orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves a thick ring of lace as it slowly settles. 4.5
Smell ripe melon, guava, passionfruit, marijuana, apricot, and a little grapefruit. 4.25
Taste follows cantaloupe, guava, passionfruit, marijuana, apricot, and grapefruit really nice and better than the nose. 4.5
Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, a tad sticky but not dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 7.6% goes down plenty easy, but bigger in flavor. 4.5.
Overall this is a very nice NEDIPA, that has some West Coast flavors. Thanks @jzeilinger for this tasty can and awesome glass. 4.5

Canned on 6-10-20.
A - Hazy medium orange color with moderately thick, dense, creamy white lacing.
S - Intensely dank with orange and citrus smacking the nose.
T - Sweet orange and citrus dominate this beer from start to finish, the orange character is out front and slightly aggressive. Ends with a nice lingering citrus bitterness.
M - Thick, soft texture with light carbonated pricklies tapping the tongue.
O - This is a solid IPA. Calling it an Imperial IPA is sorta pushing it with 7.8% but it's within the BJCP guidelines. (Rolling my eyes.) Nevertheless, worth checking out.
