This IIPA leans more towards the classic West Coast style that we cut our craft beer brewing (and drinking) teeth on while embracing and hopefully forging contemporary tastes and techniques. It features 3 of our favorite American hop varieties: piney Simcoe, pungent Mosaic and tropical Citra; each crop hand selected by us from Pacific Northwest farms for their high total oil content to achieve maximum terpene saturation.

Canned on 08/12/20. Poured into a gravity pint glass. Very little carbonation and low head retention. Color is kind of a dark orange. I love the aromas of passion fruit and guava. You can pickout the Citra and Mosaic combination which offsets some of the sourness. I usually don't go for sours, but this one I tolerate.
