While decidedly more bitter than our normal juicy IPA offerings, we modeled this beer to be in more in line with some of the wonderfully aromatic and balanced hoppy beers found in the Pacific Northwest, as opposed to the aggressive nature of the classic San Diego style IPAs that most people think of as a "West Coast" IPA. 7 different hop American varieties layered throughout the brewing process present themselves in the sticky pine resin mouthfeel and bountiful aromas of fresh zested citrus and ripe pineapple.

Casual Loop is an all-new IPA and was canned the first week in January 2020. Although I am not a big fan of large amounts of hops in the beers I drink, this one is an exception as it's bitterness is just within my tolerance level. Well balanced with hints of citrus and pineapple.

Funk Brewing for me has produced some exceptional beers with their Citrus IPA and Double Disco being two of my favorite "go to" beers. And being that their Elizabethtown, PA location is within walking distance, it's very convenient for me to purchase "super fresh" IPA's within a day or two after being canned at their main location in nearby Emmaus, PA. I would definitely buy this beer again as Funk Brewing has produced yet another winner!
