Pureed raisins in the boil lend lingering caramelized sugars and mellow fruity tones from the flavor packed skins. A lengthy conditioning on Brazilian Amburana wood adds otherworldly vanilla and gingerbread layers to this highly drinkable yet full bodied treat.
