Neapolitan has a thin, ivory head, a fairly dark brown appearance, lots of bubbles, noticeable tan chunks, and minimal lacing. The aroma is of sharp, brassy brown bread crust with a touch of vanilla and coffee. The flavor is of dark chocolate, some vanilla, and acidity. Neapolitan has a high-medium body and a semi-sweet finish. RJT

Canned on 1-07-21.
A - Dark brown pour with dark cream colored lacing with nice density. Carbonation is low.
S - Roasted chocolate malt, dark toasted cocoa, very light strawberry. Overall aroma on the initial pour is bold and aromatic. As the beer sits in the glass the aroma diminishes somewhat.
T - Dark roast stays constant from start to finish and leaves a nice lingering roasty, toasty cocoa on the back end along with some strawberry and vanilla in the mix.
M - Big silky body that's just a tad thin on the very outer edge, and a slight bit of warming on the way down (but very minimal).
O - This beer is just as advertised and hits all the aspects of a Neapolitan.
