Cloud City Edition - Hazy IPA
The baddest bounty hunter in the galaxy deserves the baddest IPA. This hazy version is brewed with Falconer's Flight, Galaxy, & Mandarina Bavaria hops, this beer has a mean bite, but will finish you off smooth.

Bottle from 01/04/18 (according to Tavour) into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours hazy golden orange with 2 fingers of medium-density white frothy head with moderate retention and left some spotted lacing.
S: Nose is nice and citrus forward. Grapefruit and mandarin oranges, with undertones of nectarines and passion fruit.
T: Follows the nose to a good degree, but more citrus prominence. Finishes with moderate bitterness bite and some astringency, bitterness clears quickly and astringency lingers
F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation, tongue burns slightly from the astringency and carbonation. Slightly silky feel on the swallow.
O: A very nice hazy recipe and my first beer from Stormbreaker. I'd definitely grab this again, though not a fan of the bomber format, and will definitely try more Stormbreaker stuff next time I'm up in PDX.
