Smoked with hickory, maple, and cherry wood. Yes please!
Dark brown, clear, with a thin tan.
Subtle smoke with sweet brown sugar and herbal notes.
Sweet stone fruits blended in a brown bread with a spicy and smokey finish. Like a fruit cake thrown on a BBQ smoker just to finish it.
Smooth, balanced, light carbonation and kind of soft feeling. Very easy to drink.
Great beer that I would have loved to see a touch more smoke. Love the name! A question continuously pondered around St. Johns.
