*2021 Version using Centennial hops
Look: Opaque light orange with a nicely-formed head that quickly settles to a lid, leaving great lacing behind
Aroma: I could smell it on the pour – orange blossoms, lemon-lime, cut grass, honeysuckle, bready malt, and wafts of orange
Taste: A huge rush of tooth-tingling floral and grassy hops commence assault on the tongue as some citrus notes and bready malt sweetness stay touch-and-go in the background. More flowers – true jasmine and butterfly bush hold through the finish
Mouthfeel: Full, slightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and lightly dry on the finish
Overall: This is tasty stuff. I’ve never had any of these folks’ fresh hop offerings before so wanted to score one this year, did, and can report that it’s awesome. Tons of flowery goodness and some citrus and grass notes really help discern this as a definite fresh hop IPA and a damn good one at that

Canned yesterday, this is the 2020 edition with fresh Strata and El Dorado.
A hazy light orange with a thin white head. The nose is bright and fruity with melon, pulpy orange, grapefruit, passionfruit, mildly gritty and grassy with peach juice. Very fruity with a nice fresh hop undercurrent, though the grassy character is a little distracting. The palate opens moderately bitter and pungent with peach, passionfruit, mango pulp, orange pulp, some floral honey and grass. The mid palate is a little watery. Drying, pulpy, grassy on the finish with a nice fresh hop flavor, this is solid. Overcarbonated, making this a little acidic.

About your average looking IPA. Yellow to light orange juice color with a very, very thin white head with minimal lacing.
Smells pretty fantastic actually, with a pineapple and citrus blend.
Very full flavored with grapefruit, pine, and passion fruit.
The feel loses me. Undercarbonated and thin with a chalky bitter finish.
This is a roller coaster of good and bad, but the aroma is glorious. Cheers.
