Handsome clear brew with fine-grained foam in the Chimay chalice. Pleasantly sudsy on the tongue with a light body. Aromatic with cucumber, pine, and hints of apricot. Flavor has a touch of pineapple, a faint sweetness, and a crisp finish. Some mild bitterness in the aftertaste.
Dry hopped with Galaxy and Idaho 7, and brewed with 30 percent wheat. Another highly quaffable brew from StormBreaker. They seem to excel at these hoppy but less intense pale ales. From the 16 oz can shipped from the Portland brewery. Bottom of can reads "Canned on 1182020," or April 27.
