We used thiolized yeast to unlock compounds found in malt and hops unleashing taste bud tinglers reminiscent of grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata dry hops provide aromas of Passion fruit, and Mango that create an explosion of juicy flavor.

Crystal clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Highly aromatic with mango and citrus. This is quite full of fruity flavors and aromatics, as advertised. Bitterness is rather subdued. This seems like a better technique than the hazy raw grain theory. There is actually more fruit flavor than you might like but it's quite easy to drink. Flavors are a little on the Hawaiian Punch side but it's not very sweet, and the mango and papaya finish is nice. An interesting quaff. From the 16 oz can shipped from StormBreaker. No date.
