Look: Pours a cloudy light yellow with a nice-looking head that slowly settles to a lid and leaves nice lacing behind
Aroma: Freshly zested lemon peel, fresh squeezed lemon juice, freshly cut grass, floral notes, pilsner malt, and straw
Taste: Whoa. A huge punch of floral goodness greets the palate upon first sip and quickly joined by all things lemon. Fresh cut fruit, zest, juice, and wafts of ripe fruit all in play, along with a bold, freshly cut grass flavor and this all develops atop a crackery pilsner malt and straw base through the close
Mouthfeel: Light but full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and with a clean, crisp, and zesty finish
Overall: This stuff is awesome. I love Kolschs and fresh hops and not only do I not see many around or packaged, I’ve wanted to try this one for years and never scored it so needless to say, I was pumped and the bar was set high for it. It met expectations as it’s really well done and has plenty of fresh hop character from the fresh Tettnangers, but still keeps its Kolsch roots. Well done SB and highly recommended

Can from Uptown Market.
A clear orange with a dense off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is fruity with an expressive kolsch yeast character and with a really nice fresh hop lemony character. The palate opens soft, fruity , nice kolsch yeast character. Light straw, lemon , honey, a little watery. Subtle but clear FH character. Nice.
