Look: Medium yellow on the pour with a lush, white head that slowly settles to a lid and leaves nice lacing behind
Aroma: Pine, pink and white grapefruit, blueberries, navel orange, Cannabis, wafts of mango, diesel, light strawberry, and bready malt. This smells awesome
Taste: Follows the nose well with a nice sucker punch of pithy citrus fruit and rind along with pine that shine quickly on their own before developing depth. Berries, Cannabis, and diesel follow the pine/citrus and some light tropical fruit notes mingle in the background before closing with the return of pine, citrus, and a nice bite
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish
Overall: This one is totally my thing here. I’ve only had a handful of beers from these folks but am such a sucker for the Simcoe/Mosaic/Citra hop combo that I will cave on anything that has them, just to try and hit the jackpot with this one. A great pine/citrus/dank/berry showcase of all three hops and comes together in a tasty and well-made WCIPA. Highly recommended
