2025 Version: Winters change and so do the coats. This one offers the same great taste with new features including blueberry. It has the same great insulation of Chocolate Malt and Special B, and as always, stuffed with Fuggle and Sterling hops. Sweet orange peel and 100% delicious honey malt lining.

Mostly clear brown body, tan head. Aromas of malts all the sniff, slight dry yeast, a dash of baking spices, and toasted caramel support blueberry and orange peel blossoming to fullness. Taste more of an amalgamation of the nose, orange, yeast and malt stand out a bit more. Feel is medium-light bodied, dry, and clean.

Pours a clear, dark mahogany red color; fair carbonation; one-finger thick head, light khaki hued and semi-creamy texture. Nice holiday spice notes to the smell; earthy sweetness; candied fruits. Fine, rounded taste profile; light sweetness complemented with notes of anise and black licorice; light roasted nuts present; low-key bitterness offsetting the holiday sweetness and spices. Heavy mouthfeel; very smooth and soft on the palate; moderate sense of overall dryness balances the residual sugar heft; mild overall warmth.
This very pleasant, well-balanced and subtly complex beer suits the cold weather season just fine.
