This year's variant batch is brewed with apricots and orange peel for stunning fruit cake flavors. And today's variant was aged for an entire year in single malt barrels — because nothing warms you up quite like a nip of exquisite whiskey.

Opaque murky brown body, fat finger of tan foam. Smell is actually quite nice with the scotch leading the winter warmer flavors but being complementary enough. Where in the taste the scotch dominates. Very warm verging on hot, full body with actually pretty good barrel character, but the signature yeast isn’t allowed to show off as much. Still a barrel forward variant to keep you warm in the dead of winter
