The beer has a distinct warming spiciness and a dry hoppy finish with further hints of spices and orange zest. Brewed with a combination of four different malts and three different hops - providing a rich, sophisticated balance of different aromas and flavours to tackle the bitter chill.

Pint served in imperial pint glass at local wetherspoons
A: Golden like a belgian golden ale, no haze, with a solid 2 finger head with moderate brussels lace
S: very fragant hops , and some citrus, grapefruit, not much malt profile
T: malt character is apparent on the tongue, and very well balanced with the hops in the finish, a nice sweet and sour sensation, still getting grapefruit/citrus throughout.
M: very low carbonation, medium body
D: its very sessionable, but nothing fantastic to me, i would say anything wintery about this. I remember thinking the same about Erdinger Schneeweisse, Both these beers have a sweet quality that they try to refer to as snow. Dont know how this happens. but however, very drinkable but nothing special
