Subtle, textured and introspective, Mosaic Park is a single hop pale ale with quiet depth. Our house yeast builds a distinctive, well-rounded base, which in turn helps accentuate Mosaic hops’ full palette of flavors: berries, grass, grapes and papaya. This is a beer for winding down -- the perfect accompaniment to a rooftop sunset, or watching the fog roll in after a day at the beach.

Good pale ale base, carb and mouthfeel. Very clean bittering. Too clean for me
as doesn’t have much backbone. Aromas confusing, but I’ll go with previous reviewers smell of cantaloupe. Flavor mostly dominant pine + other (see aroma). Just not that enjoyable as a single hop.

Pours a super pale straw yellow with a robust, big bubbled, snow white head that has excellent staying power.
Nose brightly floral and fruity, light peach and mellon smells play nicely with sweetly floral and grassy aromas.
Taste is surprisingly dank with notes of overripe apple, grape, and a wet earthiness. Tails out into a sharp lemony note.
Mouthfeel is very light, a little watery, nice for the style and nice for the alleged intended context of enjoyment.
Overall this is a nice drinking brew, I would love to try it even fresher as I can imagine there might be a bit of a brighter mosaic note, but it's a really pleasant drink none the less. Great for warm evenings.

Pours from a can a clear, light golden straw. Mosaic bomb--big cantaloupe aroma, with papaya and watermelon notes. Flavor matches up, and then multiples exponentially. If you like mosaic forward beers this is for you.

The beer pours out a clear pale golden straw color with a tinge of haze and 2 fingers of white head-------------- the aromas are of hay, grass and floral notes(light aroma)---------------- the flavors are of sweet malt, grapefruit, grass and pine, the beer has a slick medium mouthfeel with a light bitterness on the finish------------------ overall this beer was good - if your into lightly hoppy floral flavors than this one is for you, a good beer for the warm weather---
