Farallon is the official beer of SF Beer Week brewed in collaboration with the San Francisco chapter of the Bay Area Brewers Guild. It’s a lightly tart, bone-dry IPA brewed with Admiral’s Pilsner Malt and Yolo Gold Wheat, our specialty house yeast strain, and fresh pineapple. To double down on the pineapple, we dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Cashmere hops for a punchy, hoppy beer as brisk as an SF February.
