Dipper is a dangerously enjoyable Double IPA that’s lush and juicy in flavor and mild only in bitterness. Cashmere, Simcoe and Waimea hops create a frenzy of aroma that zigs and zags between fresh mango and pineapple, citrus peel, and strawberry ice cream. Dipper is exuberant and carefree in all the best ways, making it the perfect companion for any adventure.

I do like this beer...but I'm an IPA drinker that loves his heavy hops over the "fruity" path this one takes. VERY drinkable at 8%+ ABV. It has earned a place in my beer refrigerator so we'll stay friends! :D

Aroma of strawberry milkshake and pineapple. Kind of reminds me of an ice cream sundae. This beer is fun, evoking the carnival atmosphere of the can artwork. The beer taste like strawberry and pineapple. Sweet hops. They really pulled back on the bitterness of this one. This is an IPA that beer drinkers who dislike bitterness could handle. The finish is clean and slightly warming. Very good.

From a can poured into a mug.
Look: slightly hazy & yellow orange. Very little head.
Smell: faint smell of tangerine and papaya.
Taste: citrusy, light, and refreshing. Not too boozy for a double.
Feel: thin with medium carbonation.
Overall: great refreshing summer beer with a higher abv. (8.5)

From a can bottled less than two weeks prior to opening. Fresh is best!

This pours a warming, glowing clear golden tan. Thin foaming. There’s a pleasant hop presence, with some guava and peace juice alongside a citrus-sap note. The beer comes across softly, in spite of its size, with more juicy citrusy notes. Enjoyable.
