Created to celebrate our anniversary in a big robust way, Uber Night Imperial Stout was a natural choice for the first beer to debut in our barrel aging program, the Red Carpet Series. Before aging in fresh bourbon barrels, our brewers gave Uber Night the VIP treatment by adding Madagascar vanilla beans and a signature blend of coffee beans.

Best score I have given to a beer from this brewery. You don’t pick up much from the bourbon barrel but boy do you pick up the vanilla* and boy is it good!
*im a sucker for vanilla in stouts and this is one of the best vanilla based stouts I’ve ever had.
