You want to taste this, it's at 57 Degrees in San Diego (Washington Street at Pacific Highway).
Really peppery at first sip. Moderately bitter, with a browned biscuit taste and a lemon peel finish. Persistent green chile flavor, but not at all hot. Whatever this is, the celery and green vegetable flavors are interesting.
Not to be mistaken for the usual bitter thunderbolt IPA. A little woodsy, earth, and astringent, but quite drinkable.
