Chaos Mountain Brewing

One of the hidden gems in the Roanoke Valley area! Chaos is an amazing experience with a good selection for all. The beers are average to below average but the experience makes up for it. Go listen to some good mountain music and enjoy the amazing vibe!

Nice brewery in the middle of nowhere VA. Once we got there we were pleasantly surprised. They have a good selection of beers. The ranged from the lightest Lagers to the darkest Stouts. The Cherry Wheat was very light and had a great taste. The Vanilla Cream Ale went down very easy. The Ink, Russian Imperial Ale, was a good balance of hops, chocolate, and a touch of earthiness. The crowd seemed like it was mainly locals, but they were very friendly. We sat around the fire pit most of the evening. They had a food truck that served good burgers and even catered to my dog. I've been to about a dozen breweries and I must say there beers were very good. The staff was a little preoccupied with socializing in my opinion. If your in the area, it's worth the trip though.

 

 

 

 

Dangerously delicious! Great flavors start to finish, a great example of a Belgian Style Quad. Was awarded Best Belgian Style Beer at 2014 Microfestivus in Virginia.
