Lovely looking beer: hand-pulled pint in my local Wetherspoons on 31st March 2012.
Red hue to the brew, deep amber really though: creamy head in texture and colour.
Mixed bag of smells in the aroma: malts and hop joining to give a pleasant beery feel with the hops just about stronger.
The taste is also an easy blend of flavours; this time the malts leading the way in strength and power. A hop dryness appears towards the end of each sip (Cascade, Challenger and Chinook hops used). Easy drinking beer.
