2020 Batch, It's Ok. caramel, dark bread, a hint of roasted malt. slightly sweet with straight line sweetness from start to finish. Light duty flavor wise. More of a dark euro (?) style beer maybe than a bock. But it wasn't bad. no off or bad flavors. Thin mouth feel. Drank from the tap At Groveland Tap bar.

A ok warmer weather beer that will go good with many types of food. And that's were/how it's mainly served ( at Blue Plate restaurants)

At the brewpub, served in a willi becher. This is well made, and I'd like to rate it higher, especially because I love a bock in the spring. Pours a beautiful reddish brown color, very little head and no retention...Waves of malt, not quite enough lager yeast, and not enough toasty/breadiness from the malts...instead its pretty consistently sweet, too much so for me to love it...almost a syrupy sweet mouthful in the middle, though it finishes clean and there's a very light hoppy bite at the very end.
