The No. 25 pale ale held its own against the No. 2 IPA. The beer poured a golden clear color with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent carried bitter citrus . The taste had a orange peel zeal and came off the pallet dry. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall....good.
