Had on tap at the Brewpub.
L: Pours brilliant amber with a light orange to copper tint under a 1” clingy off-white foam collar.
S: Spicy, floral citrus aromas with biscuit and caramel in the background.
T: Big malt flavors with caramel are balanced by citrusy, spicy hops. Medium to medium high malt, medium to medium high hop flavor. Slightly more hop flavor than bitterness. Bitterness pleasantly lingers.
F: Medium body, soft carbonation, mildly warming.
O: A very well balanced and easy to drink Imperial IPA.
