On Tap at Longfellow Grills Pours a cleat lemon yellow color with a thin white head. Smell has lemon lime wheat and saline. Taste is tart with wheat lime and salt. A refreshing mouth feel lime tartness some mellowing wheat and salt

Had on tap at the Longfellow Grill. This is a lime gose and the lime and salt nicely balance the tartness. The tart is at about unsweetened lime levels. A nice refreshing beer for a warm late August afternoon.
