Brewed with brown, black and dark crystal malts, this American Brown Ale has a malty character. The addition of Simcoe Hops gives it pine, earthy and citrus characteristics along with a unique aroma.

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the old Town location as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear rich amber with khaki ring head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had subtle malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright light roast malt base with mellow caramel and bitter finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pours a light mohogany color with a khaki head. Smell is chocolate/vanilla notes with some roasted malts. Taste follows nose light chocolate with some roast sweet malt finish. Mouth feel thin on flavor and and hops .
