Franks Red is a good red and in fact ordered as a pint after my sampler. The beer pouted a clear amber with white head that left a mild lace. The scent and taste had hints of toast and caramel. The finish was slightly sweet. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it went well with the excellent pizza.

Poured out a clear, amber color with a one finger white head. It left rings of lace. It smelled of roasted malt and hints of piney hops. It had a very strong roasted malt taste with a pretty big dose of bitter hops. A crisp and sharp ale with a dry finish.
