The brewery markets this as a Belgium Wit but it lacks the yeast flavors and texture of a Belgian Wit. This is a pretty good American Pale Wheat Ale. The American Hops push aside some of the Belgian Wit yeast flavors and also mask the coriander, orange and lemon grass. It is crisp and refreshing.
