Poured into a snifter at the brewery.
Nice dark look with a single finger.
Minimal aroma (might be my slightly congested nose.. it's cold outside), but some coconut and roast.
Nice coconut with some hop flavor (makes sense after seeing the 66 IBU). Balances well with a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
Solid beer. A must try if you like coconut stouts.

2nd anniversary brew.
Light tan head. Lace. Black in color.
Decent amount of coconut up front but once that fades it's all cocoa powder flavor. Fairly roasted with some sweetness. Milk chocolate. The oak spirals are really hard to find here.
Full bodied. Ends a little dry.
Solid brew.
