Day Block's Viva Knievel cream ale arrives a slightly hazy yellow color. The head is galf an inch in height, and sticks around awhile. The aroma is lightly bready, and some wheat tang (although I'm not sure there is wheat in it). The tastr is more pronounced than the aroma. The breadiness is stronger, the tang is less present, and the is a nice slightly metalic note. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a smooth texture, and fine carbonation. Overall, this is a clean, very easily drinkable.
