Day Block's Stadium Series II (Blonde Ale) arrives a bright, clear light gold color. The head is minimal, and recedes into nothing quickly. The aroma is quite light. Some bready malt, some soft floral hops. It is pleasant, but very light. The taste is fuller than the aroma ,but still very much on the lighter side. It is bready up front with a suprising bitterness in the finish that lingers a while. The mouthfeel is light bodied with appropriately high carbonation. Overall, this is a solid beer in a style that is fitting for Viking's fans on gamedays given Day Block's proximity to the stadium.
