100% centennial wet hop double pale ale. The brewer told me he was aiming for a wet hop version of Bell's Two Hearted.
Look: bright red, slight haze, solud head, good lacing. Aroma: dank grapefruit, vegetal notes, grass clippings, citrus. A little mild, but it's a pale ale not an IPA. Taste: more dank citrus, some grass and vegetal notes. Bitterness is soft at first, but becomes more pronounced as the beer warms. Fell: medium bodied, lively carbonation. Comments: interesting, and very dank for centennial hops. Good not great. I would drink a second pint.
