Look: opaque black, small tan head, minimal lacing. Aroma: bourbon, malted milk balls, roasted malt, more bourbon. Taste: more malty than the aroma, quite balanced in fact, milk chocolate covered dark caramels, 12 year old bourbon. Very nice. Mouthfeel: full bodied, chewy texture, low carbonation. Overall, this is a barrel-aged beer to my liking in that it has a ton of barrel attributes, but keeps balance.
