Slightly hazy with a caramel color and a huge five fingers beige aired head with good retention.
Light aroma of citrus hops, honey and yeast.
Flavor of toasted malts, spicy yeast, tobacco, pepper, some grass and pineapple. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness. Liked but still needs some tune up to make the puzzle fits.
Medium body with lots of effervescent carbonation, a bit tart with a spicy feeling.
Definitely it is not a Pale Ale, it felt to me as spicy Amber Ale. As their other beers, it is more yeasty then hoppy or malty such as their Kunstmann country peers.
