Light hazy orange color with a good aired head with decent retention and leaving laces.
Nice aroma with notes of chamomile, honey, plain fresh bagel and sweet flowers ("Dama da noite" for Brazilians).
Flavor of fresh oranges, lots of yeast, white bread, some spices, pineapple and a light herbal and floral hops. Dry aftertaste with a subtle acid sensation.
Light body with a strong carbonation, somewhat effervescent.
Very refreshing Golden Ale, relatively yeasty as Guayacán uses to do their beers. Tasty and very drinkable. Likely their best offering.
