Clear amber color with a big foamy white head. Honey, malt, grapefruits,herbal hints - unusual melange, creating a warm feeling. Soft, grassy, hop-driven first impression, getting wrapped up in sweet malt, followed up very well by a decent bitter ending. Lime and grass are present, carbonation is pleasantly high, keeping the beer in balance with the sweet malt. Light body, easy to drink, still has a nice complexity. Sublte bitterness in the end gets more and more present, without taking over the whole palate.
