L- Pale straw, moderately cloudy. It's bottle-conditioned, in this case I chose to rest the beer for a week and pour gently to leave most of the sediment behind. Pours with 1Cm white fine-bubble head (ps which holds right to the end 10mins later).
S- It has 'that very yeasty smell', that earthiness, with a slight sour note within it.
T- DRY, wow! Not OTT hipster-hopping that can make my tongue curl as I wince, but the kind of dry you get from a double Gin+tonic mixed using a 1/2 measure of good tonic water; that gin+quinine dryness. Somewhere amongst this some mild fruit notes waft to and fro, perhaps some moderately sour apple.
F- Dry, refreshing.
O- Interesting as it's notably dry, yet the hop taste itself isn't as prominent as a typical hipster beer. The sour note adds a sense of dryness too as it resembles that found in soda water. This beer is certainly different, and if you like a very dry beer experience this could work for you.
Bought from Hamburg airport, duty free, not in the main 'Drink' section but rather the 'Hamburg specialities' sub-section. 330ml bottle with export quality glass (quite heavy) BB: 08.2020

33cl brown glass bottle purchased at Craft Beer Store in Hamburg. 4.50% ABV.
Lemon, coriander, wheat (?), grassy hops. Refreshing, but a bit funky (gym sock does come to mind).
Slightly smacky, lightly tart, refreshing, smooth, wet. Light-bodied.
Highly drinkable, and a good beer for pairing with salad. But the salt and the coriander just don't come through.
