De Craftbeer-shop. En copa Teku. Jugando a Silence. Geyser moderado al abrirla. No le encuentro la barrica, pero sin punto funky estilo saison bastante agradable

Pours a hazy peach coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smell is quite funky, with a strong white wine character, but also hoppy notes of peach, melon, white grape and just a hint of estery spice. Taste is quite complex, with some tartness and mild funk, hoppy notes of red berries, white grape, peach and melon, with some light oak and a hint of herbal grassiness as well. Quite dry, with a strong white wine character. Finishes with a lingering dryness and a bit more funk coming through in the aftertaste. Sparkling, effervescent mouthfeel with a medium body and lively carbonation.
Superbly blended, this has a great balance of funky sourness, hoppy fruit notes and dryness.
